ESUSD is providing information regarding COVID-19 cases on our campuses, while also maintaining privacy and confidentiality for our students and staff. The data below represents the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases among District students and staff on our campuses (in-person instruction and on campus only). This data will be updated regularly and as cases are confirmed.

The dashboard below does not included COVID cases for students or employees who did not come onto campus while potentially infectious.

**Information updated regularly and as cases are confirmed. Current positive cases reported within the last 14 days. Data for a positive case will be removed when the individual is cleared to return to the campus. Staff members who only work remotely and have not been on District property are not included in these counts.

Communications to Families, Staff and the Community

In the event there is a positive case, affected individuals will receive notification that include self-isolation directions and other important information. Families of students who are not affected will not receive a notification letter and no action will be required; however, the data will posted on this page for public review. Please note that ESUSD will only communicate and provide data for confirmed COVID-19 cases. 

COVID-19 Reporting Instructions for Families

If your child is suspected of having COVID-19 or tests positive for COVID-19, please keep your child at home and notify the School Office.

If your child test positive for Covid, you also need to email the school district nurse (lnystrom@esusd.net). Please write the student's first and last name, dates for test result and symptom onset, and last date on campus.
