Freshman and sophomore students from El Segundo High School shined at the 2024 AIR Show AI Student Competition! They tackled a sprint challenge to combat AI-enabled cheating and presented their innovative solutions to educators and EdTech leaders worldwide.
Three ESHS students also joined a panel, sharing insights on AI's possibilities and limitations, and envisioning its future impact on education.

We’re proud to join 15 other school districts nationwide as part of “Chronic Absenteeism: Insights and Innovations,” a six-month program aimed at tackling attendance issues!
The program uses a blend of rigorous research, district/community collaboration, and multi-tiered approaches. We look forward to assisting in this important effort in partnership with Digital Promise!

On June 3, ESUSD was proud to celebrate the first graduate of the F.L.I.G.H.T Adult Transition Program! ✈️
Alyssa has attended every school in the district, including Eagles Nest, Center, Richmond, ESMS, ESHS, and FLIGHT. Congratulations! 🎉
