Health Benefits Information

El Segundo Unified School District values the health and well being of its employees and offers comprehensive health benefits packages to employees in our bargaining units. Our Health Benefits Committee meets annually to review our health benefits options and rates.
El Segundo Unified School District employees may make changes to medical, dental, vision and life insurance elections during the open enrollment period at the beginning of each school year. Each eligible employee must complete and return the appropriate selection forms to the Payroll/Employee Benefits Department at the District Office by the annual deadline (see links below). Depending on the change being made, if any, additional forms and documents may be necessary.
